As a customer in the EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (the “cooling-off period”). This means you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You don’t have to provide an explanation.
To Initiate a Return: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within this 14-day period. You can do this by contacting our customer service team at info@vinterlyn.np.
Returning the Item: Once you’ve notified us, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
2. Conditions for Return
For a return to be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition. This includes:
