2. Terms of Sale (Salgsvilkår)
Agreement Formation (Avtaleinngåelse): An agreement is binding once you have received an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information and pricing and to cancel an order if such an error is significant and obvious.
Prices and Payment (Priser og betaling): All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian Value Added Tax (MVA/moms) where applicable. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
Delivery (Levering): Delivery times are estimates only. Risk for the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common in Norway.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement (e.g., via the contact details above). The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our error.
4. Product Information and Complaints (Produktinformasjon og Reklamasjon)
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product information, including images and descriptions. Minor deviations may occur.
Complaints (Reklamasjon): Your statutory rights under the Norwegian Purchase Act (Kjøpsloven) are fully applicable. If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you have the right to complain. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, and no later than two years after the purchase. Please contact us immediately to initiate a complaint process, which may lead to repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of Vinterlyn.no shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
