DEFECTIVE GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

If you receive goods that are defective or damaged, you have the right to a replacement or a full refund. You must report any damages to us via email at info@vinterlyn.no within seven (7) days of receiving your package, including picture documentation of the damaged goods.

We will only replace or refund products proven to be damaged from production. Other damage that is more likely to have been caused by the customer will not be replaced.
